Delivery

Standard Delivery - UK

Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail and are usually created and dispatched within 5 working days. The cost of standard delivery depends on the number of items ordered and the delivery address. Standard delivery to mainland UK costs between £3.95 and £6.95. The price will be shown during the checkout process.

 

Express Delivery - UK only

For express delivery (3 working day) items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier. Providing the item is in stock, delivery will be 3 working days after placing your order (orders after 2pm are counted as the next day). Express delivery to mainland UK costs between £8.95 and £11.95. The price will be shown during the checkout process.

Note - Express Delivery is not available on certain items/quantities. You will be notified if it is not possible to deliver your order by Express Delivery.

 

Overseas Delivery

For deliveries to Europe, Ireland, the Highlands and the Rest of the World items are sent via Royal Mail International Delivery or by Courier. Providing the item is in stock, dispatch will be 7-10 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery times for overseas deliveries and we cannot be held responsible if these items are lost in transit. We are not responsible for any custom or duty payments that may be due in the destination country. The prices will be shown during the checkout process.

 

DELIVERY - General

If your order is for an event, please indicate this date while placing your order so we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time. If the date is less than 1 week from order, we recommend using the "Express" service mentioned above.


We will attempt to notify you by e-mail if the timescales above are not achievable. Working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends. Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock is available.
You must provide a daytime delivery address as all parcels will need to be signed for.


We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made. If a parcel is returned to us because no signature could be obtained or an incorrect address is given, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.


We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or other such events.


We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss due to 3rd party delivery delays.
An additional delivery charge may apply to certian areas.

Sizing

!

The sizes shown are those supplied by the manufacturers.

The chest size is usually calculated by measuring across an inch under the armpit and then doubling that measurement.
The best way to compare your size is to measure an existing garment that fits in the same way.

As each garment is personalised to order, we cannot replace garments where an incorrect size has been ordered.
If you are unsure of which size to order, we recommend ordering the bigger size as its better to be slightly too big than too small.

Even within the same manufacturer there is a degree of tolerance that we have to accept with regard to sizing.

If you are placing a big order and are worried about sizes, we suggest ordering one garment first-off. We can retrospectively discount the original garment when the final order is placed.

Where possible, we try to highlight when a garment is considered "slim fit" or "skinny fit". Please allow for this garment shape when choosing your sizes.

In some cases larger sizes are slightly more expensive. This is a charge from the manufacturer, and we are just passing on this extra cost.

Mixed Sizing
If you are personalising garments that all have the same print and you wish to order mixed sizes and still get your quantity discount, use the "mixed sizes" option where available.

If your garments have different print then they will need to be ordered individually online and your quantity discount may not apply.

Please call or e-mail to see if you can still qualify for a discount without ordering online.

Colours

!

Are the colours shown on the website accurate?
All PC's show colours differently, therefore the colour representation is only as accurate as the web design process allows.

Will different garments be the same colours
If ordering different garments, please be aware that colours will vary by manufacturer.
Two garments may seem to have the same colour name, but it is likely that the shade will vary.
If trying to match colours for seperate garments we would recommend black or white.

What are the different variations of colours?
Some colour names given by manufacturers may not be obvious.
Kelly Green is usually a bright "irish" green
Ash is usually a light grey
Heather is slightly darker than Ash
Steel blue is usually a mid blue with hint of grey
Fuchsia is usually a bright pink

Garments

Can I order plain garments - without print?
Yes - on most garments you can select the "Plain Garment - No Print" option. This is usually £5 cheaper than selecting the printed option.

Do you offer other garments
The garments shown on this website are only a small selection of what is available.

If you require a specific garment or an unusual size, style or colour that is not shown, please call or e-mail to check for availability.


Is it possible to print onto a garment that I already own
This is usually possible, but please call or e-mail to check first. It is not possible to print onto fleeces or waterproof items.

We can be held responsible for any printing errors or damge onto customer own garments.

We can offer most standard fonts. A small selection is shown on the left.

If the font you require is not shown, you can e-mail us the font from your PC.

Please note:

Certain "delicate" fonts are not suitable for print onto dark garments. These are shown in red on the list.

Certain fonts are only available in Capital Letters and some don't have numerals, accents, punctuation or apostrophes.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellations
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Exceptions -  customised goods specifically made to order
All goods which can be purchased directly from printedclothing.com are covered by the statutory right to cancellation within seven working days, with the exception of bespoke custom items (including but not limited to custom clothing) which have been made to your specification.

Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, we offer an extended 28 Day Returns Policy. You can return your item(s) to us within 28 working days of delivery for exchange or refund – please see “How to cancel or arrange a return, exchange or refund” below for guidance on how to arrange this. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exceptions from 28 Day Returns Policy -  customised goods
After the statutory seven day cancellation period, our 28 Days Returns Policy does not apply to goods specially made to order, customised or personalised to your requirements, unless the goods are defective or have been damaged in transit (see below).
 

 Defective Goods and Items Damaged in Transit
If your goods are defective or have been damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@printedclothing.com or telephone 01727 853289 to arrange a return, replacement or refund, using the steps below as guidance.

 How to cancel or arrange a return, exchange or refund
To cancel an order or return any products to us, please:

  • Contact us at admin@printedclothing.com to notify us that you wish to return an item. Though not mandatory, quoting your order number in any correspondence can help us process your return/refund more efficiently.
  • If possible, please indicate your reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
  • Enclose a brief covering note with your details. Though not mandatory, enclosing a copy of your order/invoice and/or quoting your order number can help us process your return/refund more efficiently.
  • Carefully and securely pack the items in suitable packaging to prevent damage during return transit. If possible, return the original packaging.

  • For your protection, we recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will insure you against the loss of or damage to your returned goods.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit – it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. However, if we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective, we will refund your whole purchase price, including postage costs (see “How Refunds are Calculated” below for details).


Notification
We will notify you by email when your returns have been processed and, as applicable, when your refund has been made or replacement goods despatched.

 

How Refunds are Calculated
Items returned because they are faulty or incorrect

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, we will refund the price paid for the goods, the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Items returned within the statutory 7-day cooling off period

Where you are cancelling your purchase within the statutory 7 working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the full purchase price for that item together with the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.
