We reserve the right to refuse any
orders that it deems in breach of copyright or unsuitable
for sale to the General Public.

Due to the personalised nature of
our products, we are unable to give refunds on garments that have
been printed as per your specifications.

In compliance with the Data
Protection Act, your details will not be disclosed to any other
organisation. However, we may occasionally contact you with
special offers or promotions.

Complaints - we endeavour to respond
to all complaints within five working days.

These terms and conditions do not
affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

DELIVERY
Standard
Delivery - UK
Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail and delivery
can take up to two weeks from time of order.
The cost of standard delivery depends on the number of items ordered and
the delivery address. The price will be shown during the checkout
process.
Express
Delivery - UK only
For express delivery (3-4 working day) items are sent via Royal
Mail Special Delivery or by Courier. Providing the item is in stock,
delivery will be 3-4 working days. The price will be shown during the
checkout process.
Note
- Express Delivery is not available on certain items/quantities. You
will be notified if it is not possible to deliver your order by Express
Delivery.
Delivery -
General
If your order is for an event, please indicate this date while
placing your order so we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time.
If the date is less than 2 weeks from order, we recommend using the
"Express" service mentioned above.
For deliveries to Europe, Ireland, the Highlands and the Rest of the
World we will dispatch within 7 working days. For these destinations we
cannot guarantee delivery times.
We will attempt to notify you by e-mail if the timescales above are not
achievable. Working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends.
Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock is available.
You must provide a daytime delivery address as all parcels will need to
be signed for.
We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has
already been made. If a parcel is returned to us because no signature
could be obtained or an incorrect address is given, we will need to
re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.
We cannot be held
responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or
other such events.
We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss due to 3rd party
delivery delays.
An additional delivery charge may apply to certain areas.
We will contact you if an additional delivery charge is required to the
