Standard Delivery - UK

  • Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail or courier and delivery can take up to two weeks from time of order.
  • Standard delivery is FREE if you spend £30 or more. Standard delivery will cost £5 if your order is less than £30. The price will be shown during the checkout process.

Express Delivery - UK only

  • For express delivery (4 working days) items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier. Providing the item is in stock, delivery will be 4 working days. Express delivery to mainland UK costs £10.00. The price will be shown during the checkout process.

    Order Saturday - Delivery by Friday
    Order Sunday - Delivery by Friday
    Order Monday (before 2pm) - Delivery By Friday
    Order Tuesday (before 2pm) - Delivery by Monday
    Order Wednesday (before 2pm) - Delivery by Tuesday
    Order Thursday (before 2pm) - Delivery by Wednesday
    Order Friday (before 2pm) - Delivery by Thursday

General

  • If your order is for an event, please indicate this date while placing your order so we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time. If the date is less than 2 weeks from now, we recommend using the "express" service mentioned above.
  • For deliveries to Europe, Ireland, the Highlands and the Rest of the World we will dispatch within 2 weeks. For these destinations we cannot guarantee delivery times.
  • We will attempt to notify you by e-mail if the timescales above are not achievable. Working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends. Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock is available.
  • You must provide a daytime delivery address as all parcels will need to be signed for.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made. If a parcel is returned to us because no signature could be obtained or an incorrect address is given, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or other such events.
  • An additional delivery charge may apply to certian areas.
