FREE Standard Delivery - UK

  • Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by courier and delivery can take up to two weeks from time of order.
  • Free standard delivery for orders over £30 is to mainland UK addresses only and excludes some of the postcodes shown below.

Express Delivery - UK only

  • For express delivery (4 working days) items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier. Providing the item is in stock, delivery will be 4 working days. Express delivery to mainland UK costs £10.00. The price will be shown during the checkout process.

General Delivery

  • If your order is for an event, please indicate this date while placing your order so we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time. If the date is less than 2 weeks from now, we recommend using the "Express" delivery option mentioned above.
  • For deliveries to Europe, Ireland, the Highlands and the Rest of the World we will dispatch within 2 weeks. For these destinations we cannot guarantee delivery times.
  • We will attempt to notify you by e-mail if the timescales above are not achievable. Working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends. Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock is available.
  • You must provide a daytime delivery address as all parcels will need to be signed for.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made. If a parcel is returned to us because no signature could be obtained or an incorrect address is given, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or other such events.
  • An additional delivery charge may apply to certian areas. We will contact you if an additional delivery charge is required to the following postcodes: AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH4-41, PH49, PH50, BT(all), HS(all), IV41-49, IV51, IV 55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE(all), IM(all) Rep of Ireland, Channel Islands

Print and Garments

  • The images shown on this website are only as a guide. We look at each order individually and print the artwork in a style that we think best suitable. If you require a specific design, you must provide your own finished artwork.
  • All garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.
  • We reserve the right not to process any incomplete or incorrect orders. You will be notified by e-mail if your order is incomplete except if the typestyle is missing in which case we will use our choice of typestyle, or if the print colour is missing in which case we may choose a suitable colour.
  • Due to the heat and pressure used in our processes, we cannot guarantee to match the colours in artwork sent to us. CMYK or RGB colour schemes will not neccesarily be adhered to.
  • We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect printing of artwork supplied as Word Documents or other Microsoft Office applications such as Powerpoint. This is mainly due to font issues. When sending artwork please make sure all fonts are embedded.
  • If you require a specific font that we do not have, you will need to supply the font or artwork otherwise we will use our closest font available.
  • The photographs for each item are only shown as a guide. In some instances the item you receive may not exactly match the item shown.
  • The colours shown are a guide only and actual garment colours may not exactly match the colours shown.
  • We cannot be held responsible for the quality of Artwork sent in low resolution which may look fine on the screen, but not neccesarily when printed.
  • In certain cases on coloured garments a contrast border will be added if we feel it enhances the print finish of the garment. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for damage to garments caused when washing instructions have not been followed or when they have been tumble dried or washed at temperatures above 40 degrees.  

 Pricing

  • All retail prices shown include VAT.
  • The price of printing the garment is determined by the print position. If your printing requirements do match the print position selected, we will print your garment as specified and you will be charged accordingly.
  • Prices shown are per t-shirt. If you request a number of garmnets and then choose a lower quantity during checkout, you will automatically be charged for the correct number of garments ordered.

General

  • Printed Clothing Ltd reserves the right to refuse any orders that it deems in breach of copyright or unsuitable for sale to the General Public.
  • Due to the personalised nauture of our products, we are unable to give refunds on garments that have been printed as per your specifications.
  • In compliance with the Data Protection Act, your details will not be disclosed to any other organisation. However, Printed Clothing Ltd may occasionally contact you with special offers or promotions.
  • Complaints - we endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days.
  • All errors including incorrect printing, incorrect garments or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in order that we may rectify any problems in good time.
  • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
