Standard Delivery - UK
Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail or courier and are usually created and dispatched within 3-4 working days. The cost of standard delivery depends on the number of items ordered and the delivery address. Standard delivery to mainland UK is included. Prices will be shown during the checkout process.

If you require express delivery please contact us to upgrade your order.

Note - Express Delivery is not available on certain items/quantities.

For deliveries to Europe, Ireland, the Highlands and the Rest of the World dispatch will usually be 5-6 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery times for to Europe, Ireland, Highlands and Rest of the World. We cannot be held responsible if these items are lost in transit. We are not responsible for any custom or duty payments that may be due in the destination country. Delivery prices will be shown during the checkout process but we may contact you if additional carriage costs are required.

Delivery - General Terms
If your order is for an event, please let us know this date after placing your order so we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time.
We will attempt to notify you by e-mail if the time-scales above are not achievable. Working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends. Time-scales can only be adhered to providing stock is available.

Please provide a daytime delivery address as most parcels will need to be signed for.

We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made. If a parcel is returned to us because no signature could be obtained or an incorrect address is given, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or unexpected circumstances.
We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss due to 3rd party delivery delays.

An additional delivery charge may apply to certain areas.
